Privacy notice

CalgaryDuctCleaning.ca is part of the HAUSE Home network. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive your name, phone, email, community or postal code, home type, the services you selected, timing and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page you were on, the site that referred you and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which advertising and pages bring requests.

How we use it

To review and respond to your request. With your consent, we may share the details with a suitable local provider so they can respond with a proposed scope or quote. We do not sell your details.

Where it is stored

Requests are routed to the HAUSE customer-relationship system and an internal lead alert. Your browser also keeps a small first-visit and last-visit record in local storage for attribution; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing info@hause.ca or using Call HAUSE intake.
